  1. My favorite saying for fitness is: “Make an effort, not an excuse”
    The second part of the photo that Adam didn’t post (yes, I am the one in the photo) was him helping me get up. He had to put the phone down. LOL, just kidding. The past 2 years of training with Adam have been a test of patience and dedication from both of us. Lower back problems is no laughing matter, so train and balance your intake.
    Lowering weight is a must for bad lower back sufferers. I lost 30 pounds of fat and that has made my life bearable. My strength is in the Elite Level for my age. Just do it, no excuse.
